Thomas Reinhard Iben

Mr. Iben was my attorney for a federal criminal case, he was my appointed public defender. I was concerned because I could not afford a paid attorney, and wasn't sure how good a public defender would be, but he was great. He went above and beyond what he could do. I felt as if he genuinely cared abou...t my situation, I also think he has a great reputation that he would like to keep. I was facing 10 years to life on a federal conspiracy drug charge, and I ended up doing just nine months, Mr. Iben was not as happy about the sentence as I was, because he tried his best for probation. Still 9 months versus a 10 year mandatory minimum. I thought it was miraculous.
