From objections to final appeal

OUTCOME: Client prevailed

This case was a legally interesting, but could have had devastating effects for my client. The outcome is not whether I won, it is did my client prevail...and...After 3+ days of trial, and 2-months aw ... aiting a magistrate's decision, responding to the objections of opposing counsel and finally an appeal, all the courts agreed with the position of my client and the Husband was ordered to repay all of the funds that were due to the Wife.
