Ryan Lee Powers

Ryan was assigned to take over my case when the attorney I originally retained had to heavy of a case load. After very little briefing Ryan ran with it and never skipped a beat which made me feel very confident in his ability to represent me. He was brutally honest with me on the long shot of winning... this type of case. We had to prove a partnership on a land deal that I did not put my name on for various reasons. When the partnership fell apart the defendants did not feel they owed my anything when all they put in was sweat equity and I was the only one making the monetary investments. Ryan used some agressive techniques in and out of court which pressured the defendants to settle with me. It was the out come I hoped for but knew it was a 50/50 shot.
