I am a Realtor and have in the past worked with heirs to an estate in the sale of the home of their deceased parents. Mr. Bush was the attorney for the estate. He was very accessible and available to me as the transaction progressed and the home was sold. He never made me feel like I was pestering hi...m and always answered my questions and gave directives promptly. I know the children involved too were very happy with his representation - and we all worked together towards a very smooth closing. Michael Bush represented me in a lawsuit that was filed against me by the people who live next door to me. They claimed that the landscape berm I installed changed the natural flow of water across their back yard. It was a very complicated case with very little previous case history available in r...egard to a residential area. Due to the minimal amount of case law on the subject, Mr. Bush had to do considerable research and was very thorough and well prepared on the subject. I found him to be very well prepared for each appearance in court. He met with all of the defense witnesses prior to testifying and made them feel comfortable and prepared to testify. In court, I found Mr. Bush to be very professional and confident. When questioning witnesses he had a well thought out line of questions. Regardless of who he was questioning, a defense witness or a plaintiff witness his questions were to the point and he was always prepared to continue regardless of the response from the witness. He was also always ready with his questions in response on cross examination of witnesses. In conclusion, Mr. Bush and I worked side by side throughout the entire course of a long trial. He kept me informed and was always available and there for me with the many situations that came up along the way. Mr. Bush has a very successful law practice and while part of that is due to his knowledge of the law, it is also, and perhaps more importantly, due to the genuine care and compassion he has for his clients.
