Lance Ellis Camp

Since becoming a licensed attorney, I have handled hundreds of cases from inception to conclusion.  These cases include Criminal, Family, Real Estate, Contracts, Wills, Trusts, Small Claims, and Litigation.  I have experience trying cases through all phases of litigation.  Specifically, I obtained a favorable disposition for my client before the Illinois Third District of Appeals.  I have conducted multiple jury and bench trials.  I have handled a multitude of motion hearings and preliminary trial matters.  I have learned to negotiate and resolve complex cases in order to achieve a beneficial solution for my client.  I have learned how to research the law and apply that information to the task at hand.  I am fortunate to have been exposed to many different areas of the law and to understand that each situation is unique and requires a different set of responses.
