I have been practicing law since 1989 in Galesburg, Illinois, concentrating in consumer and small business bankruptcy. I have represented debtors, trustees, and creditors over the past 27 years -- primarily debtors. Previously I was with a lawfirm for 21 years, and then was a solo practitioner for the past five years. I also am a real estate title agent for Attorneys Title Agency.
I arecently joined the law firm of Alcorn Nelson LLC, located at 313 E. Main Street, Galesburg, IL. Our office is open 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. I mainly appear in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of Illinois, including Knox, Warren, McDonough, Hancock, and Henderson counties.
