I had a very disappointing experience working with this attorney on a real estate closing. What I expected to be a routine transaction turned into a dispute over legal fees. There was no written engagement agreement for the transaction, and the billing structure was not clearly explained beforehand.... A few days before closing, I was informed of a fee that was significantly higher than what many other lawyers typically charge for a real estate transaction. When I questioned the charges, the situation escalated into a legal dispute. The matter ultimately went to court, which was stressful, time-consuming, and expensive. While the court made its decision, the overall experience left me feeling that communication about fees should have been much clearer from the beginning. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone hiring this attorney for a real estate transaction make sure that the fee structure is clearly documented in writing before any work begins.

I hired Mr. Frost to help with filing a school district annexation so my children could attend the High School within their Grade School district. Our property was originally split into two different school districts with our children attending grade school in one district and then High School in ano...ther. He was extremely thorough and well versed in the process. The petition was flawless and we were granted our request for our property to be annexed to the same High School District as the Grade School. We could not be more pleased with the results. I would have been lost trying to cross all my T's and dot all of my I's had I tried to file all the forms and make sure they all went to the right people on my own. Mr. Frost gave me peace of mind and the results I wanted in a patient and professional manner. I won't go to anyone else ever again.
