Eric Lee Miskell

Eric L. Miskell founded The Miskell Law Center, LLC in 1997. Mr. Miskell has been licensed to practice law since 1993. Eric is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law and has been licensed in the States of Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska. He has also been licensed to practice in the United States Federal Court in the Northern District of Iowa. Eric has four children: Erin Miskell ,who attends Augustana College, is studying to be a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, Hannah Miskell, who attends Western Illinois University, is a Criminal Justice Major looking to become an Airforce Special Forces officer, Nathan and Lindsay who attend Marquette Academy. His lovely wife, Jessica Miskell, APN is the operator of Miskell Medical, LLC also located at the Miskell Professional Center.

Since it's inception, the Miskell Law Center, LLC has been recognized as the premiere source for legal services. In 2018, Eric Miskell was given an award as one of the TOP 10 family lawyers in Illinois. Expanding on that success, in 2019, the Miskell Law Center, LLC was voted as the best Family Law firm in North Centeral Illinois.

Mr. Miskell resides in the countryside of his hometown of Ottawa, Illinois. He prides himself as a committed and active member of the community. The Miskell Law Center, LLC handles cases in the area of Criminal, Family / Domestic, Estate Planning, Real-Estate and General Litigation Law. Eric is/has been a member of: the North Ottawa Business Advisory Committee for the City of Ottawa, City of Ottawa Parks and Recreation Board, Ottawa Girls Fastpitch Association, Deer-park Country Club, Knights of Columbus, Marquette Go Club, Ottawa Lions Club, Starved Rock Yacht Club, Wide Waters Yacht Club and the Charter Member of the Ottawa Port Authority.
