Greed. Sued me without notifying me about a court date to get a judgment against me on a bill that I do not owe and the bills he’s trying to go after me for is older then 2019 and here it’s 2026 now He got a court date for 5/22/25 and the alleged court date was on 5/26/25 and just got the letter tod...ay on 01/03/2026. And trying to get me to pay 6200 and that would be 3 times the amount that they say I owe from a past medical bill that was paid by the car insurance company. And he’s still greedy enough to try to go after someone when they don’t owe the bill in the first place. So he’s going past the year limitations of the law on bills which is illegal. Plus suing someone with not notifying them not even a call or anything is illegal also.
