Whenever someone on Avvo mentions having an attorney, the best answer is, "Ask your attorney." I would suggest contacting him and letting him know...

My former attorney is suing me. I'm in another State. He did not try arbitration or mention it as is mandatory. Frivilous suit.

If the order itself was not included in what you received, I would suggest calling the clerk of court Monday morning to see whether it was granted....
