Michael James Warner

Michael J. Warner has practiced personal injury law for more than 30 years. He is admired among his peers for his excellent legal ability and extreme ethical standards. He is known for being an aggressive litigator and has relentlessly dedicated himself to representing injured persons and the estates of people wrongfully killed due to medical malpractice, construction and trucking accidents, motor vehicles collisions. Mr. Warner was appointed in 2001 by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve on the Illinois Pattern Jury Instructions Committee. This committee drafts the jury instructions which are given to all civil juries in the State of Illinois.
