The best Geneseo has to offer

I've worked with Ms, Fuller since early 2000. She's closed on some houses with me, worked on rental property, a divorce and other family law situations. She is truly a lawyer that cares and is the best Geneseo has to offer. I always sensed she was personally invested in my situation(s) and pr...esented the worst case scenarios and tried to think them through before we got to court, or would work diligently with the opposite attorneys to work out an agreed compromise before heading to the courtroom. Although I would have preferred this to happen outside of separate conference rooms at the courthouse, I tried to keep it in the perspective that there was another party involved and the delay may not be all her doing. I liked that she always tried to work with the opposit council to support an agreed order before proceeding into court. At times she was frustrated and would relay that, but would also express this was the furthest arbitration would go and I could either take it or take a risk and go before the judge/jury. In the end, I felt like she had worked as hard as she could and left it up to me how to proceed. She is honest and overall, I haven't had any complaints. As she's become more established, the communication is harder and I have felt uninformed at times, and rushed prior to a court date, but that usually resulted in phone calls or emails returned on a Sunday. I think Ms. Fuller is a great attorney and well respected within the Henry County area. She is fair and honest and communicates clearly before there are any surprises in the courtroom. Sometimes that resulted in a delay or attorney to attorney negotiations at the courthouse while waiting around and in the end, I view that as better than going into the final court phase unprepared. Ms. Fuller has always been very patient with payment, reasonable with retention fees and I didn't feel that it was all about money as I have with other attorneys. I KNOW there have been phone calls or Sunday emails that I was not billed for. In the end, she is a person that cares and is empathetic, but firm and doesn't let things drag on longer than they should for extra billing opportunities.
