This is my honest public service announcement as to what I have personally witnessed. Please google this attorney before hiring. He is verbally abusive to staff AND clients. Before handing over a retainer, his billing practices should be reviewed by the Attorney Ethics Committee. Every attorney worki...ng for him in the past 6 months has quit. Six people have quit in 6 months, including his own mother, because of his verbal abuse and practices. Look over your bills, if you get one, because he bills at certified paralegal rates for untrained receptionists and secretaries with no experience handling your case. Please be careful hiring this “attorney”. Your case will sit dormant for 2 months because of inadequate staff, mountains of other cases not being processed, and his inability to type up his own work or respond to you. This is unacceptable in ANY business. Beware.

Jeff neppl has been GREAT, he listens to all my concerns and issues and handles them as if they are his own problems. He works hard to best support my wants and wishes. Hes very determined, bold and straight to the point. Going through a custody battle is one of the scariest things I've ever had... to go through and i couldn't be happier and feel more secure with any one else. Jeff has never left me in the dark with anything infact went out of his way to call me on a holiday to insure that everything would be okay. Its hard to find a lawyer who deals with the same issues day after day yet takes pride and much care in each case. I highly recommend Jeff for im certain there's no one better to have by your side through something so nerve racking and scary.
