I hired Jack Nathan to modify a child support case and to add insurance for child, so that there would be no gaps in coverage. Not only did he lower my child support, but he gave him free legal advice to help him lower his other obligations. He “my attorney,” also acknowledged that defendant was supp...ose to supply w2’s prior to court case to him to review and still continued court with no real concern!! Attorney Jack Nathan also wrote in my court paper that he will provide medical insurance and did not elaborate that he also needs to supply support for additional dental/vision costs... Now, when discussing this afterwards he sends me a letter asking for a full retainer to go back to court and would not acknowledge that he poorly wrote obligations out. He even wrote in the papers that should the defendants financial obligations change to report within 7 days!! Attorney Nathan sends me a letter showing that this happened and failed Seek further legal demands on my behalf.. now we know that if it’s not specifically wrote out there’s no legal binding since it wasn’t specific details in the court documents!! After all this he talked disrespectfully to me, and he felt he did his job, lol.. now in another state and having to rehire another attorney, to do this case, the attorney stated that my papers were poorly written!! What a waste of money and time.. Do not, hire him, he needs to retire!!!!
