Michael Patrick Williams

Michael Williams has been practicing law since 1998, after graduating from The John Marshall Law School.  Mr. Williams' practice focuses on representing injured victims and their family members.  He regularly appears before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission in Northern Illinois and Chicago and appears in Federal and Circuit Court across the state.

Mr. Williams has handled a multitude of serious injury claims, including many unfortunate fatal injuries throughout the region, assisting families of the deceased in the pursuit of death benefits.  Mr. Williams has successfully negotiated over a million dollars in settlements on behalf of his injured clients.

Additionally, Mr. Williams has been retained by self-insured corporations and insurance companies to defend them in workers' compensation and employment-related matters.
