Thomas Dominic Luchetti

I became a client of Mr. Luchetti in 1997. He handled my difficult divorce. He fought and insured that my interest in my divorce settlement was protected. He never allowed anyone on the opposing team to bully me. I found him to be very professional, and trustworthy. Over the years I have use...d him as my attorney for Real Estate transactions as well as Wills and Estate planning. His office staff is very helpful and Mr. Luchetti always returns calls promptly. I highly recommend Thomas Luchetti to handle any legal services that one may need. We will continue to use him as our attorney.

I had a very ugly and long divorce, on my first meeting with the Luchetti legal team I told them that my soon to be ex would do everything but, be reasonalbe and fair. They soon came to realise that this was an understatement. In the time we worked together I felt that my concerns were heard by Tom ...and taken in to account. He always explained what my options were very clearly, and was avialiable to me round the clock if I needed him. I had a seperate lawyer for the child custody issues and he was not aviable, and very hard to get ahold of durning those push coming to shove times with my ex. You know, holidays and weekends. So, I can tell you I really appriciated the fact that Tom was aviabliable and recognized it to be a genuien quality. I have nothing but the highest respect for Tom and his wife Debby, who works with him. I hired Tom in oct. of '08 and the case did not finish until july of '11.

Mr. Luchetti was recommended to my husband and I - we saw him for estate planning and wills - he had our complete trust - was very knowledgable and great to work with. Mr. Luchetti is a man of great integrity, we had our son and also my Mother go to him for help. Would definetly use him the next tim...e we need a lawyer.

This is the third review I have submitted on him. They keep rejecting my reviews. I was his client. He strung out my divorce case over almost 3 years. He overcharged me and deliberately and needlessly ran up billable hours. He didn't even get me my personal property from my house. The fact is t...hat he also performed misconduct. I filed a claim with the Attorney Registration and Discipline Commission of the State of Illinois against him as well as with the Citizens for Legal Responsibility.
