Misleading , doesn’t tell the truth , no communication at all , not prepared in court . Negligence , And excessive billing for doing nothing , I fired her , 7000$ n she wants 3000 more . I always had a witness during my phone in office visits except first consultation . Always excuses n long waits t...o see or talk to her , I had an appointment only she never showed in office , sat there 20 minutes called off my day with my client meaning I lost money . Her secretary came out to my witness n I said o she s having personal issues . What no one could call. To tell me n why did I sit for 20 minutes .also when finally got into office meeting with my witness asking a question about my case she’d say o we already went over that avoiding everything we asked . Instead of answering cause she had no idea . We both realized she had her phone on the desk and turned towards myself n my witness leading us to believe she was taping or had someone listening which again with out a consent or knowledge she in Illinois law cannot do this without the consent of all parties in the room . Than she lied to us about my taxes looked at a paper said put on extension , I phoned as soon as we walked out . The accountant said absolutely not , they were sent in no extension . This was the worst decision hiring her wasted money time , and there’s so much more I haven’t put into this review. Im saving for my formal complaint

My custody case was aged and extremely complex at best. I didn't know what could be done for me, if anything. I was afraid that the more time went by, the less of a chance I had at being awarded custody, which was the best thing for my son. I was very frustrated and mentally worn down by the time I g...ot to Laura. She was very meticulous and left nothing to chance. I no longer felt like I was at the mercy of a legal system that was becoming more difficult to understand by the day. The guessing game was over, she kept in constant contact with me and truly cared about everything that happened. No question ever went unanswered, nor problem unaddressed. I thought my last review saved. I sought Attorney Laura in November 2013 after being referred. I was embattled in a 12 year battle in the courts dating back to 2001 with a woman who falsely accused me of being a father to her son. When I met with attorney Baluch she was truly interested in my case an...d I found her to be an attorney who truly believed in me. She was honest with me and told me she would do her best and I had a case that would change case law. I came with a personal DNA test to show her how I was not the father. We began the journey together and she added another attorney to help out. Great! We got my motion heard but retroactive back to the moment her team found out that I had in fact put a motion in under the Statute of Limitations but the clerk never gave or entered it in my file with the judge at that time. I was relieved to hear my case was beginning to change and unravel for the living one. We made our way into the summer of 2014 when a new judge was placed on our case. Along with him came agreement to perform a judicial order for Child support. Attorney Laura was truly a professional legal storm sent to bring out to the courts the truth. She believed in me. We got our DNA test in September of 2014 or around there and then began the case being dismissed but we had a few hiccups in the journey. It was not until the new year 2014 when another Judge was appointed and then He brought an end to my case after reviewing the work Laura and the team filed. He not only throughout my case, dismissed it retroactive to the date of my petition in 2002. Attorney Baluch knows her stuff. Her staff is extremely professional and she was deserving of her retainer to give me back my life. Thank you Laura I am not the dad. God is blessing Wendy John and You.

I am currently in the process of divorce and Laura Baluch is my lawyer. She has always been extremely professional! She returns calls right away and answers every question I have.
