And now it is over. Mr. Hart was consulted by me and my husband because we were in over our heads financially. We made poor financial decisions through and through. My divorce was a rather long drawn out case, many times I had to agree to or decline provisions of the divorce decree, asset divisions, or Joint parenting agreement. Due to the nature of the language in these documents there were times I was confused what they were trying to say. Brian was always able to take a phone call or meet me to look them over and make sure I understood what I was deciding on. He was instrumental in me keeping my composure and maintaining proper focus during difficult negotiations throughout the divorce process.

Brian has assisted me with financial restructuring which consisted of income to debt balancing. He has also represented me in property purchases and transfer of ownerships. Brian has also advised me on a few other potential legal situations which were avoided. Brian is down to earth and very easy t...o talk to. He asks a lot of questions pertaining to your issues at hand. He is knowledgeable, determined and can be very aggressive if and when the need arises. Law is a very broad field. If Brian does not know a particular field a hundred percent, and there are few, he will let you know upfront. In most cases he will have a friend who also is a lawyer and is an expert in that particular field who will advise. Brian is definitely a good person to know.
