Before I hired Joe, I was led to believe that he cared about my custody case with my daughter. However, after payment just like your stereotypical lawyer he lost care and interest in fighting for my rights as a father. He even went on to say, “all this money for this kid?!” and then to follow up his ...abrasive comment, “not to take your kid lightly.” I got robbed of 7k just to fill his pockets to fund his own daughter’s (or granddaughter’s) car payments (assumption, but hey might not be wrong assuming). He just disappointed me since my cousin referred me to him who also gave him a lot of money. Him and Altamore simply trade cases so it’s the only way he makes money. It’s not due to his reputation alone. This came out of my deceased father’s money he left to me, just to let down until I hired another lawyer who actually got me the rights and deserved while this guy made me feel like i had none cause he folded to Austin Davies.
