My husband and I had used Brad in the past, he wasn't great but he wasn't horrible so when visitation became an issue again I called him back. I explained what WE were looking for and was assured that Brad was completely on board, even though we didn't get to meet with him before the court date only ...his secretary and his assistant. I paid the retainer and my husband was suppose to meet with him to sign a retainer to go over strategy and fees. His appointment was cancelled, twice and we didn't get the opportunity to speak with Brad until a few minutes before stepping in front of the judge. During our initial meeting, Brad repeatedly raised his voice at me when I was simply trying to express what we wanted. I was told more or less I don't represent you, and if I'm going to represent your husband this is how we're going to proceed. I understand I'm just a stepmom but it's still my baby that my husband and are fighting for, how dare you treat me this way. Needless to say we fired him before even stepping foot in front of the judge. So in the end it cost us almost $400 for multiple cancelled appointments and a 5 minute session where I was yelled at minutes before my husband had to go in front of thr judge.

Family law/divorce issues. Final settlement agreement exceeded my expectations. was able to set up a payment plan that worked with my budget. My brother had a great experience with Brad so I decided to see him for a free consultation. I was hesitant to hire a divorce lawyer. I was dreading the whole process but Brad made me feel at ease within the first 5 minutes of talking to him. He didn't push me to use him and gave me great advice duri...ng the free consultation. I hired him because I knew he would fight for me better than I could fight for myself. Him and his team were great at communicating with me. I never felt in the dark. He was always looking out for my best interest. My main worry hiring a lawyer was having a lawyer fighting for things I didn't even want to argue about. While he would definitely call me out if I was being too lenient, he ultimately supported my final decision. Brad was kind and professional from the start. His prices were reasonable. I guarantee my divorce process would have been 10 times more stressful without him. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, I will be contacting him for sure.

Right now I am being represented by Bradley Tengler's firm in a bitter divorce that came at me out of the blue. When I was searching for a lawyer on the same day I was served I actually signed with one lawyer and then did not feel he would be a good fit and then I found Bradley's listing on AVVO. I s...ent him a request at 8:00 pm and he called me back within 30 minutes and we setup a consultation for the next day. I had to deal with a protection order and they worked and got that taken care of last week. I am mostly working with Mary whom represented me in court last week and she was beyond amazing. While my case is still on going the work performed so far is beyond 5 stars; I would give them 10 if I could. The firm is very professional and does not seem to be spread too thin in terms of being able to get ahold of them via email or on the phone. If you are in the rockford area I HIGHLY suggest this firm, the not only have been able to help me in my case but provide me with the reasons and logic behind their actions; which is important to me. This has been a very stressful time for me in the past few months and they have made me feel more confident in my case and that I have representation that is both effective and competent.
