Glenn J. Jazwiec

First of I wound like to thank God, for putting me into the path of Mr. Jazwiec. I had a different attorney when I first started my case in 2015. But every time I went to court. I would see Mr. Jazwiec in the elevator, in the hallway of the court house, in the bathroom of the court house, in the pre...trial service building, in the parking lot . We would cross paths every where. And he would always say " How are you doing? I would say to him Mr. Jazwiec I am doing good sir and have a great day. But little did he know, I was stress to the max and ready to just give up on my case and just go to Prison. But i have 8 Kids, My Mom,My Wife, And my Grandson. And the rest of my family that depends on me everyday. I am the Stay At Home Dad. So how would my family survive without me? Who is going to take my kids to And from school? Who is going to make sure my wife gets to work on time? Who is going to make sure my mom is eating right? Who is going to make sure my sister is not stressing out? Who is going to make sure my kids are eating right, staying out of trouble, and getting the attention they need,and washing there clothes, cleaning there rooms, and motivating them when there having a bad day. Etc Etc was running through my mind when I was fighting this case. I was under a lot of pressure. Also I was on Pre trial services so I had to report everyday and take drug tests. But one day I was coming out to the parking lot of the court house after court. I seen Mr. Jazwiec for the fifth time and we were park right next to each other lol. He looked me and said " Mr. Herman this is a sign from God" And Do you believe? "I SAID YES MR. JAZWIEC " It's was crazy because he didn't know that I have been praying for months to "GOD PLEASE HELP ME." So we talk for a min and I Hired Mr. JAZWIEC on the spot. The next day me and Mr. Jazwiec went to court, and fired my Lawyer that I had before I Hired Mr. Jazwiec with no disrespect. I started to get more sleep at night, I started believing in myself again. I started to love my family more than ever. I was focused. And I started going to church to feed my soul. The battle was on. Mr. Jazwiec told me " Just Believe". I said "I Believe Mr. Jazwiec ". And Every court date he explained to me what was going on. He answered all my million questions lol. Mr. Jazwiec always came to court ready to fight for my freedom. Every court date Mr. Jazwiec told me " Just Me To Be Patient". I was facing a Class 3 Felony and couple of misdemeanors. And my past criminal record was 3 felonies and 13 misdermenors. Drug charges and battery and a lot of other things. So I was facing extended term of 2-6 years in prison because of my background. But Mr. Jazwiec reassured me that no matter how it looks everything is going to be ok. And Mr Jazwiec set my case for trial. The trial day came. And Mr Jazwiec said to me. They State doesn't want to go to trial and they are Dropping The Felony and charging u with a Class A Misdemeanor. I have to do Misdemeanor probation and Community Service. "I HUGGED MR. JAZWIEC AND TOLD HIM THANK YOU. AND THANK GOD. If u want A Wonderful Lawyer? But u must Believe and have Patience. MR. Jazwiec is Lawyer for u. He is a Blessing. Thank Mr. JAZWIEC for keeping me out of Prison and keeping MY FAMILY TOGETHER. I appreciate u.

I heard about Glen through another inmate who he successfully represented. When I first met him, he assured me that it wasn't the end of the road and there was light at the end of the tunnel. I was facing 25 (agg kidnapping/agg battery) years 85% and 15 (drug w/intent 100grams) years. Glenn got me (3...x felon) a reduced sentence of 7.5 years at 50%. He then told me he believed in me and said that I had the ability to change and when I went to prison that time to work on myself. I went to school and earned college credits and followed up with a community college, then earned my associates. I then transferred to NIU and earned my bachelors. I am now about to graduate with my masters in 7 months and putting in for a doctoral program as well. All this wasn't possible without Glenn!
