A review from another attorney

I have referred a number of cases to Mr. Fearer over the past 20 years. Every referral has resulted in a favorable outcome for my client. As an attorney myself I am aware of the ability, knowledge and expertise required to represent someone who has suffered a personal injury. Mr. Fearer is the be...st personal injury attorney I have known. He is able to favorably resolve even the most difficult cases. From my perspective he is the best at what he does. Every case he handles is important to him and he always keeps the client informed.

Head on collision

I was involved in a head on collision when the on-coming driver crossed the median while texting. Mr. Fearer was able to assess the situation immediately and provide the necessary legal advice and follow through while I was recovering from multiple injuries, all the while, keeping me informed expla...ining updates in terms I could understand. Kind and compassionate by nature, he was easily approachable and returned all phone calls promptly. His office staff displayed the same friendly and helpful assistance. His professional ability is unfailing. No detail was left unattended. Using an aggressive approach along with experience and knowledge he was able to negotiate a fair settlement. I'm sure no one could have done a better job. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Mr. Fearer and would recommend him most strongly to anyone needing a personal injury attorney.
