I was in the market for a real estate attorney. Attorney Williams was a referral from my Insurance Agent. From the beginning she exhibited exceptional knowledge of her trade. She was able to find a clause in a faulty contract that I offered which allowed me to be refunded my earnest money. I offered ...to pay her for this service, however, she declined I subsequently am using her services to close on a new residence which she helped me to get the seller to agree to a lower pric. I am grateful that GOD guided me to her. I can’t say enough about her skills.
