1 of the best!!!

Keith is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone. Really nice guy, transparent, a pro at what he does, & someone who will make sure you get a fair chance. He definitely made sure my hearing was handled fairly.

Unprofessional and dismissive

I hired this attorney to represent my son, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. My son repeatedly asked him to come meet with him in jail to discuss his case, and those requests were denied. He also refused to provide my son with his discovery when it was requested, which w...as very concerning as a parent trying to make sure my son understood what was happening in his own case. From the very beginning, I felt he had already formed a negative opinion about my son. On the very first day he met him, he even accused my son of graffiti on his garage, which immediately made me question his professionalism and objectivity. I provided him with information and evidence that I believed could help my son in court, but he never pursued it or presented it in a meaningful way. Whenever I asked questions so I could better understand the legal process, he spoke to me in a very dismissive and condescending way. I was told things like “it’s not rocket science” and that he wasn’t “playing games,” when in reality I was simply trying to understand what was happening with my son’s case. He was often nasty and disrespectful in how he spoke to me. Another major concern was communication through the messaging app he used with clients. When I questioned why certain information I had provided was never submitted, the chat discussing it suddenly disappeared. I have no way to recover those messages because he controls the platform, which felt very concerning and unprofessional. When I later asked for transcripts or copies of our conversations, he told me that if I was trying to “get him in trouble,” he would not give me anything. When I told him I believed he had been unprofessional and had not done what we asked as paying clients, he refused to provide the chat records and simply walked away from me. Communication overall was inconsistent, important details felt overlooked, and I truly felt like he was more focused on collecting payment than actually fighting for my son. The case was ultimately lost, and I believe stronger effort and attention could have made a difference. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him for serious criminal defense matters. He may be fine for basic paperwork like expungements, but for a case where someone’s future is on the line, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

You could not hire a more honest and attentive attorney who stands by his word. I highly recommend.

The law firm was extremely attentive, open and honest. Every word the lawyer spoke came to fruition. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I was even more pleased with how attentive he was to me and my family. I am forever grateful. Thank you again. I highly recommend this law firm. I had a negati...ve stigma about lawyers in the past, and because of this situation I have a change of opinion. Keith has been the most helpful and considerate lawyer I have ever dealt with. This is coming from an individual who has had repeated experiences over the past 25 years. I could not ask for any more than the services he provided me and my family. I can’t thank him enough.
