Philip Turcy failed to submit my Dr.'s diagnosis to the Medicare Set Aside agency as a part of their analysis. This resulted in insufficient funding for an on-going worker's comp claim. Despite my case still being legally open, he refuses to return any calls or reach out proactively. My case has b...een open since 1998, with the monetary settlement at 60% less than he originally suggested I might be approved for. I've never had a more unpleasant, and unproductive experience.
