Mona Naser

Mona is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in providing counsel and representation to both corporate clients and individuals across various practice areas. Her knowledge base spans commercial litigation, real estate (both commercial and residential), and general corporate law, positioning her as a trusted advisor and advocate for her clients.

In her litigation practice, Mona skillfully represents clients—including individuals, businesses, and major creditors—in complex commercial disputes and employment law cases. Her strategic approach and dedication help work towards favorable outcomes for her clients in various litigation proceedings.

As a legal business counselor, Mona offers essential guidance to individual and corporate property owners and business operators, including those involved in multi-unit dwellings, commercial strip malls, gas stations, and small businesses. Her services encompass acquisitions, dispositions, leasing arrangements, financing, and business formation strategies. Mona also assists her business clients with corporate formalities, shareholder disputes, non-profit designation, MBE/WBE certification and dissolution processes, drafting essential documents such as Shareholder Agreements, Bylaws, Operating Agreements, Unit Plans, and Resolutions.

Mona’s passion for entrepreneurship is reflected not only in her legal practice but also through her leadership roles in various professional and community organizations. Mona is actively involved in professional associations, holding leadership positions in the Arab American Bar Association (Treasurer, Board Member, and co-Chair of the Judicial Evaluation Committee), the Illinois Creditors Bar Association (Past President and Board Member), and the Chicago Bar Association’s Alliance for Women. Additionally, she serves as a Trustee of the Illinois State Retirement Systems (SERS) and is a member of the Advisory Board for the American Middle East Voters Alliance Political Action Committee (AMVOTE PAC).
