Jerome Lubelchek

My now wife is from Mexico and we contacted Mr. Lubelchek through Legal Shield to receive advice on how we should go about getting married to have her come to the US. Mr. Lubelchek advised us to go the K1 route saying that is how the government preferred and that it would be shorter. This was not tru...e. A marriage visa is preferred and we were told that by the officers when she did her interview. Our Visa took 2 years to get and as we were trying to see each other sought advice again from Mr. Lubelchek to see if my wife could enter the US on a ESTA while we were waiting. He told us the worst that could happen was that she is turned around at the border and sent home. This again was not true. Due to his advice my wife now has a misdemeanor charge on her criminal record for being "deported" when she was turned around and it is affecting her ability to get a job now in the states. Not to mention the hours of interrogation and trauma that happened that day. We will never go to Mr. Lubelchek again for advice.
