Severance negotiation

Ms. Franklin is efficient, trustworthy and professional. Her efforts are much appreciated. She negotiated a excellent severance package for me. Thank you Jamie.

Not Trustworthy

I recommend all minority potential clients to seek other counsel. Ms. Franklin worked for the benefit of the entity I was in litigation with. And did not operate in my best interest. She also intentionally did not perform critical interviews on my behalf, after I repeatedly requested that she did.

I cannot comment on client relationships - past or present - but I want to be clear that there has never been any circumstance in which I have worked against a client. Regrettably, a disagreement arose in this particular situation, and, given the nature of online reviews, the best (and only) course is to emphasize that my entire practice is, and has always been, dedicated to plaintiffs and to working on behalf of those who have been wronged. That has never changed, and it never will.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
