Lack of knowledge
He filed my Green Card application to USCIS without verifying my priority date. He has no understanding of immigration laws. In general, if an application is received by USCIS prematurely, it is returned from USCIS mail room. But my application slip through the process. It took 3.5 years before USCIS...
