I was assigned Matthew for my case, including my ALJ hearing. From the first time I talked with him, I felt like he listened to me, and I was comfortable talking to him, which isn’t the case with everyone. He made me feel prepared for my hearing, and the hearing format went exactly as he describe...d. He called me immediately after my approval went through and told me all of the relevant details about what would come next. Throughout the process, Matthew made himself available to me, made me feel like I had someone to go to with questions or problems, and he was very friendly and supportive in addition to being very professional.
