Outstanding Attorney

I have known Dan Voelker for approximately 18 years. My experience with him is that he is an excellent attorney who has demonstrated how to get to the heart of a matter, create a plan for the case and understand the issues on both sides to prevail for his client. One of my life lines

Help save my future against my ex-husband who decided to stop paying me and went up against not only him but the Chicago Police Department to help me get my share of a court-ordered pension while I live in another state he went to court and got the restraining order so that my ex could not run and hi...de with all the pension and leave me with nothing like I had been living for almost 2 years I so highly recommend this lawyer he did this for me almost without very little money down and is accepting very little money for monthly payments from me I highly recommend this attorney to anyone thank you Daniel

Daniel Voelker

Dan is very knowledgeable of the law, quick to develop a strategy, and was very effective. Unlike other Attorneys I have worked with Dan listened to my needs and always kept me informed of actions on my case.

Worst lawyer ever!

An absolute nightmare to work with Voelker Litigation Group. The lead attorney, Dan, is arrogant, demeaning and refuses to listen to the client. Ignored several pleas to include me and certain evidence in process, had to chase him all the time, never provided explanations of legal documents, never in...formed me of court dates and submitted a legal document without my input, viewing and/or approval. Judge ruled against our complaint due to lack of the very evidence I pleaded with him to submit. Oh, and I scheduled an appointment with him, flew into town, only to have him cancel. Completely unprofessional. Run away.
