Natalia Ann Ogurkiewicz

Natalia Ogurkiewicz is the founder of Corvus Legal, a litigation-focused practice dedicated to criminal defense, constitutional advocacy, and civil rights litigation. Her work centers on defending individuals against government overreach and protecting fundamental constitutional rights in state and federal courts.

Before founding Corvus Legal, Natalia served as a homicide prosecutor and as private counsel in other firms, where she gained extensive courtroom experience handling serious felony cases and complex investigations. That experience now informs her work as a defense and civil rights attorney, giving her insight into how cases are investigated, charged, and prosecuted.

Natalia represents clients in criminal matters, appeals, post-conviction litigation, and civil rights cases involving constitutional violations by government actors, including police misconduct, wrongful prosecution, and unconstitutional prison conditions. She practices in Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri and handles both trial and appellate litigation.
