Biography
Robert J. Ralis has been an attorney in Illinois for over 35 years and admitted to the Indiana Bar for almost 30 years. His main area of practice has been in real estate transactions and as a licensed title agent in Illinois and formerly in Indiana. Besides representing residential buyers and sellers, he specializes in commercial real estate as well as representing real estate developers. He has also worked as a developer on projects in Illinois, Indiana, Colorado and Arizona. Mr. Ralis has been a lecturer for Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund in Illinois and Indiana, The Chicago Bar Association, American Bar Association, Cook County Bar Association, Lawyers for the creative Arts and Lawyers for the Disabled. Besides real estate, his firm also represents clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, corporate formation, contract law as well as probate. Being admitted to the Indiana and Illinois Federal Courts and the US Tax Court, Mr. Ralis also practices bankruptcy law.
