Mary Elizabeth Liberty

Mary Liberty is the Lead Attorney and Owner of Illinois Estate Law, where she focuses on estate planning, probate, and family law matters. With a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s most important legal decisions, Mary provides comprehensive estate planning services, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as guidance on uncontested guardianship and probate matters.

Mary earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (2020, cum laude), where she was recognized as a Thomas More Merit Scholar for her academic excellence and commitment to service. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2013–2016).
