great attorney

Brian Small is an excellent attorney with a vast knowledge in the DUI field. He helped me get my drivers license reinstated after having multiple duis. The process wasn't easy but Brian helped me every step of the way. Thank you Brian! You are a great attorney and I highly recommend anyone with legal... issues be that a dui or anything else to contact Brian Small ASAP.

Brian went above and beyond what was necessary to handle my case and get my license back

Brian and I worked together for over 9 months to get my license back. Brian prices were very reasonable and he was easy to get along with. He really broke down my case so that I understood exactly what was going on and needed to do. On top of that we hit some speedbumps with the secretary of state... (at no fault of brians) and he went on his own time to fix and correct there mistakes at no charge. He was a pleasure to do business with hopefully I wont need him again but would recommend him to anyone. MIke

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
