I was referred to him by a friend to handle my mom's estate. At our intro meeting, he blew a lot of smoke but didn't say a whole lot. He also bad mouthed my friend's husband, which I thought was unprofessional. I liked the fact that he said he knew the other attorney, so wanted to hire him. He was ...leaving for vacation so verbally agreed to represent me & said he'd make the initial call to the other attorney. Our agreement was I'd call him when he got back & I'd sign his agreement & we'd go from there. He also told me he did call the other attorney & they had a long talk. I called him 3x after he was back from vacation & not one response. He's never in the office & a cell phone or voicemail is never offered...only to leave my name & number. Ultimately I moved on & hired someone else. Just found out -he lied - never talked to the other attorney at all. VERY unprofessional
