Successfully argued a Motion to Quash Arrest and Suppress Evidence before the Honorable Judge Petrone at 26th and California Courthouse in Cook County. My client was curbed for a minor traffic viola ... tion. Officers asked for consent to search the vehicle which my client denied. Officers searched the vehicle anyway and discovered a bag containing several smaller baggies of cocaine and heroin in the center console. I argued that it was a violation of his 4th Amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures and that the search did not fall under any exception to the warrant requirement.
