Richard S. Volpe

After graduating in the top 25% of my law school class at Depaul University, I started my career as an assistant corporation counsel to the City of Chicago. I defended the City of Chicago, Police and Firefighters when they were sued for being in an accident, a shooting, or some other case where an injury was caused. I spent years defending against multi million dollar lawsuits. Some of my successful Jury verdicts garnered front page coverage in the Press. I met my Partner John Grazian while defending major insurance companies. We switched sides formed our firm and began representing the victims of all kinds of accidental injuries. We have been doing that successfully since 1998 winning millions of dollars for our injured clients.
