The law of interstate succession was not followed

This attorney took all the wrong steps in trying to settle a probate case as a small estate when it was openly visible to the public that it was not a small estate. . He did not send out the required documents to beneficiaries. He did not divulge into looking for proof documents. He let estate funds ...be used for pure profit of the trustee. He just went by what the client "said" and did what the client wanted instead of seeking the material facts before filing paperwork that was later stricken from the record. In place he tried to file another document which again all parties involved did not get the required documents regarding. He just took the clients money and did whatever the client "said" vs what is lawful with an estate over $100,000 and involving property whether or not the property be held in joint tendency as it appears directly above the line the trustee signed on. Instead of following the law of someone who died without a will/interstate he has the trustee believing they own everything. Everything is still in the deceased parties name instead of being properly distributed to beneficiaries. Not one paper showing proof of a small estate or itemized list of benefits. I can attach all the legal documents referred too as well. He represented the estate and I was a beneficiary of an interstate succession estate. I have email proof of exchanges which shows his refusal to provide said legally required documents to beneficiaries.
