Jared Michael Duke

Jared Duke is a personal injury attorney with 15 years of legal experience. Jared earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana before earning his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He practices in Illinois, where he has litigated hundreds of personal injury cases. In addition to his personal injury practice and prior to joining TopDog, he represented small businesses in all types of disputes, and spent several years as a litigator for the federal government.

Jared has battled corporate defendants and insurance companies on behalf of individuals who have been seriously hurt, recovering millions of dollars for his clients. His results include settlements against trucking companies, Uber, large retail chain stores, and many others. Jared was recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2020 through 2022. He has been a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Chicago Bar Association, co-founded a legal clinic in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago to inform residents of their legal rights, and stays active in the legal community in and around Chicago.

When he is not in the office, you can usually find Jared at the ice rink watching his daughter figure skate, watching his son play hockey, or playing hockey himself. He loves reading and movies, but more than anything he prefers to spend time with his family, including his two dogs and two cats.
