Rob was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout this entire process. I had no idea what I was doing, and he helped walk me clearly through every step without making me feel embarrassed, judged, or looked down upon. I really appreciated Rob’s patience when I wasn’t fully prepared for our first meeti...ng and all the times I had to ask him to reiterate things because I couldn’t remember. Rob made himself always easily available and was very easy to talk to; I felt very comfortable each time I was in his office and always left feeling confident in the process moving forward. Because it’s a legal matter, I expected these meetings to feel very stiff and awkward, but we actually had a decent rapport and could keep things light while still professional. Moving through the bankruptcy process is distressing, but with Rob it felt much easier and I’m so very thankful.
