In my search for a really good and trustworthy immigration lawyer, i finally found ATTY DEAN! I have previously retain the services of a couple of high priced immigration laywers in Miami and Chicago (well known ones mind you), and it only bled me dry until i cannot afford anymore to even go for cons...ultations and follow up! With Atty Dean, truly i have found a straightforward lawyer who was patient and frank with me in explaining the immigration process that i will undergo and what will be the practical timelines of my immigration application. Nine months ago, I had a huge problem and i needed to do something with my papers in order to continue working here in the US. I had an H1B Visa then. I heard about Atty. Dean as per recommendation of my coworker, whose friends have been helped by Atty Dean as well. Without wasting any time, i imme...diately called his office and he asked me to bring all my papers that I have that may help in the processing of my visa. He looked at my documents and explained to me how are we gonna go about the process of filing. I asked how much is his fee and he said we will talk about it once we have done something about your papers already. I was surprised because for some lawyers, they would ask for acceptance fee right away. He explained to me very well the step by step process, the normal waiting time and etc. I was so desperate then that i had to ask him if filing a student visa would be better. He then said, "why??? If we file a student visa, it's something temporary and it would appear that i have never helped you at all". Having said that, i realize that he is indeed sincere in helping people get a stable status here. Fast forward, he filed my papers. Four months, later, i got an approval that my employment authorization has been approved and then five months later, I had the best time of my life and finally got my green card. I called him right away and told him about the good news. I can't thank him enough for helping me. He guided me every step of the way. I was able to call him to his office or even his personal phone every time i have a question. He was sincere and honest about everything that's going on with my papers. The lawyer's fee??? Minimal and it's worth it. Unlike any other lawyers who milk their clients like a cow without doing anything. I would definitely recommend Atty. Dean to people, friends or not, who wanted to get a stable status here in the US.

Before I went to Atty. Dean, I was with another lawyer for the application of green card. I was so disappointed with my former lawyer because the time frame he promised me for processing was not materialized. Aside from that, I need to constantly follow up his paralegal before he acted on the next s...teps of the application. Furthermore, the lawyer's fee is so expensive. So I opted t find another lawyer and I found Atty. Dean through referral from an office mate. I went to Atty. Dean's office on the first week of March to present my case. He explained to me what he can do with my case and offered me proposal how my application for green card would be processed faster based on my qualification. Right away I hired him as my lawyer. Middle of March we filed a labor certification and last April it did came out with a positive result. On the 1st week of May we filed for Green Card with express processing and by middle of May I already have my approval notice. While I am writing this review we are on the process of filing for adjustment of status. I am happy with what Atty. Dean has done with my application. I did not expect things happened so fast. If it was processed by my former lawyer, I am still waiting for any result right now. What's also good with Atty. Dean, you can go to his office anytime of the the office hours without advanced appointment. He always entertains you and answers your questions. He also answers e-mails. And the biggest positive factor for him is that the lawyer's fee is affordable and there is no consultation fee. Atty Dean has lots of clients so you and others are competing with his service. When you go to his office make sure you know what you will be asking and your papers are ready so that things get done easily. You need to remind him of your case once in a while so that he will not forget it. I believe Atty. Dean is a good and competent Immigration lawyer. He has wide knowledge of what he is doing. He is also an inexpensive lawyer.
