I had issues with my condo association. John and I agreed for him to represent me against the condo association. It was into the condo water main that happens run under my basement floor in my unit. The water main burst and I plumber adviced us against attempting to fix the old pipe as it was over... 90 years older. Nonetheless, even though me, and a neighbor tenant who also had unit damage, and the board president agreed to the plumbers advice to spend $15,000 to install a new cooper pipe in unit to run across the ceiling. But when myself and the other tenant came back we found the plumbing crew was still digging the old pipe up and patching the holes against the advice of the head plumber (he estimated this course of action at $10,000). I presented this issue to John and the only word I can think is the word used in the dating world, ghosting. After he received my retainer never returned my calls. Had his secretaries screen me from talking to him. My theory was he felt he wasn't going to make money out of this situation and thus chose to ignore me (but yet still got my retainer)
