Excellent information and explanation of basic needs in estate planning for seniors and anyone needing to get their financial house in order. Clear explanation of probate vs simple, less expensive ways to handle finances that avoid the expense of probate. Given info to determine, with family, my ne...eds in life generally, in cases of disability and inability to make personal life or health decisions, and end of life decisions. I had no idea of what I needed or how to go about setting up an estate plan!! Others in the group shared similar opinions. I will schedule a one-on-one to handle my financial plan and peace of mind!! Attorney London provided Personal Estate services to my family and my mother. He is very thorough and explains everything so that it is easy to understand and execute. We needed things to be broken down to a level of understanding for my mother and Attorney London was very patient. I had the displeasing opportunity to speak w/Theodore on a matter to possibly retain his service. Let me just say that he would be the last person I would utilize or recommend for legal assistance. He is the epitome of being a condescending, asinine (non) professional person who has a very belittling... disposition when speaking to those outside the legal arena and does not afford one the opportunity to get a word in edge wise. My word of advise to him would be to humble himself and not allow his years of (supposedly) legal expertise and experience cloud his vision, because at the end of the day, his treatment of how he handles his interaction with the public can make or break him and his continuous legal career. His need for social improvement is comparable to that of a doctor who would need to refresh their bedside manners and politeness !!!
