You cannot sue for alienation of affection. The husband or wife may be able to sue if the money was a loan or your daughter was scammed in some way.

If you and the Ex are in agreement ask her to quash/recall her own subpoena. You have no basis to stop it. The Ex is entitled to your financials so...
