Ellen Cassandra Deranian

Ellen Deranian, handled a home purchase for my husband and myself. She did an excellent job. The sellers agent was absolutely awful, she wouldn't return calls, ALWAYS sent the paperwork we were to sign on the day it was due back to her, NEVER made meetings. To this day I've never seen or met this wo...man. The sellers attorney was so lousy and unprofessional she delayed our closing by almost 7 months. Ellen, however, would get this agent to respond to her quickly. Ellen had to do a lot of tailgating to get this woman to do her job. I am very grateful to Ellen for all the extra work she put into our home purchase. I would and have recommended her to family and friends. They are very pleased. THANK YOU AGAIN ELLEN !!
