Before launching his own firm, Oliver was an attorney at a high-volume plaintiff firm, where he developed a command of the pre-litigation process—investigation, medical record development, liability analysis, damages presentation, negotiation strategy, and case valuation. Oliver worked as an attorney at a prominent Chicago firm where he litigated cases from initiation through resolution, strengthening his ability to manage discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert issues, and trial preparation. Oliver has worked on cases in both state and federal court. After learning from respected Chicago attorneys—and after discovering areas where he believed clients deserved something better— Oliver founded America’s Attorneys | Abogados America, LLC to deliver a higher standard of preparation, responsiveness, and commitment.

Long before law school, Oliver's identity was shaped by elite athletics. Oliver was a member of the U.S. National team and a four-year Division I athlete at The Ohio State University, where he captained the fencing team and became the 2019 NCAA Champion. After graduation, Oliver took a year away from academics to train for the 2020 Olympic Games, ultimately falling just short of qualifying. That experience forged a mindset he brings to every case: disciplined work, persistence under pressure, and relentless focus on execution when outcomes matter.
