Advocate for Fathers with Money and Spits

My experience with Attorney Linda Epstein has been deeply troubling and emotionally exhausting. As a pro se litigant navigating the complex and overwhelming family court system for the first time, I had hoped to encounter professionals who would prioritize the best interests of the child. Unfortunate...ly, my encounters with Ms. Epstein have led me to believe otherwise. Ms. Epstein appears to advocate zealously for clients regardless of their conduct or history. In my case, she has continuously represented a father who has had minimal involvement in our child’s life, a man who was previously deemed unfit by the court—a fact that was not disclosed to me until months later. Throughout the process, I’ve watched her defend behavior that I believe is clearly detrimental to the well-being of my daughter. While I have taken responsibility for my own challenges and pursued treatment, therapy, and mental health support, the opposing party has made no comparable efforts, yet still receives unwavering support from Ms. Epstein in court. The clerical and procedural errors in this case have been staggering. My daughter’s name and date of birth have been repeatedly recorded incorrectly, and the petitioner’s name appears inconsistently across multiple legal documents. Whether these are oversights or a reflection of broader disorganization, it is unacceptable in a matter that affects a child’s life so directly. I’ve reached out to Ms. Epstein numerous times, as advised by the court and helpline, yet I’ve received little to no meaningful response. Even her own staff have expressed empathy, acknowledging that she frequently takes on similarly contentious and emotionally charged cases, and one even suggested I seek assistance from local churches—hardly a substitute for competent legal guidance. What is especially disheartening is that financial capacity seems to carry more weight than the facts of the case. The petitioner has publicly expressed concerns about legal expenses, only to then go on vacation shortly after. Meanwhile, crucial matters—such as missed school days, medical appointments, and concerning behavior in the home—are overlooked or dismissed entirely. It is also worth noting that I have been warned not to speak negatively about Ms. Epstein, with threats of legal retaliation should I post a poor review. I believe that everyone has the right to share their experiences truthfully, especially when it involves the welfare of children. If you are a father with the means to afford continued litigation and are seeking aggressive representation, Ms. Epstein may be the attorney for you. However, for mothers, particularly those who have been primary caregivers and survivors of abuse, I caution you to seek legal support elsewhere. In my opinion, Ms. Epstein does not operate with the impartiality or integrity that such sensitive matters demand. She may minimize or overlook significant concerns in favor of clients who can sustain prolonged legal battles. This review is not written out of malice, but out of a genuine concern for justice and the well-being of my child. I share it in the hope that it may help others make informed decisions when choosing legal representation during one of the most difficult times in their lives. – Kayla Segura

Child Support

I hired Linda to help me with some Child support issues that I had after my divorce was completed. All I can say is that I should have hired her first!!! SHE IS AMAZING! My divorce attorney before told me alot of things that I wanted to hear but never delivered, never got anything done, hence why now... I have so many problems although I'm divorced. If I had hired Linda first, this never would have happened. I had so many questions about what needs to be done and Linda answered all of my questions at all times in the day and night. There is not one day that went by that Linda didn't answer my calls or respond to my emails, even on Sundays!!! Shes an amazing person and attorney. A nonsense lawyer it was never about money with her! if your looking for someone to fight for you, who will have your back, look no further and hire Linda!!

#PRICELESS

Im currently using Ms. Epstein as my attorney for a very complex, critical, political child custody case. .... I've had multiple attorneys throw me and my children under the bus. ..... let me say that GOD SENT A ANGEL when Linda stated representing me. ....... Unreal at what she does. Her dedication... is like no other. Her demeanor is great. .... confident, and knows the law. Strategy is her finest quality. I would recommend Linda to anyone who wants a straight forward, honest, trustworthy, and dependable attorney. She will always be #1 no matter what. .... she tops the scale When it comes to a child's BEST interest. ....Thank you Linda. .... your truly a GIFT FROM GOD!

Attorney goes to court in flip flops & dresses like Crap

She talked a lot in her office but, then came court time the Man in the robe has the final say, I believe her yelling @ the judge upset him & my ex husband kept his pension & child support got diminished because she calculated wrong & instead had to pay him big money... & she also during court would ...giggle & talk with my ex's attorney .... She is not professional @ all... Save your money & do your research on your own, never go by word of mouth.
