Mr. H came to USA on B-2 Visa from Western Ukraine. He overstayed. He won a lottery while in USA and went to adjust his status. Mr. H was placed in a removal proceeding. We asked for withholding of dep ... ortation. Mr. H was a member of special task force in Ukraine that has been persecuted by the government. We successfully prepared the case. The case has been dismissed.
