Daniel Kessler

Some time back I was pulled into a case involving a former employer, a federal grand jury, and allegations of bribing a state senator. Prosecutors wanted a sworn statement from me, and I was completely lost and overwhelmed. Fortunately, a good friend recommended Daniel Kessler and to this day I’m tha...nkful they did. Mr. Kessler took on the case, explaining everything clearly without talking down to me. He negotiated with the prosecutors, handled their requests for files, and made certain that I wasn’t going to get dragged down for my old boss’ actions. I don’t know what I would have done without him. I do know it wouldn’t have been good. It’s a rare lawyer who can hold their own against the Feds but also doesn’t have an ego the size of Texas. Mr. Kessler is professional when he needs to be yet still casual enough to feel like I’m talking to a real person, one who actually cares about my situation even after the check clears.
